I can't find the size/product I'd like to buy; how can I do?
The website shows available sizes and products only. If you can't see it, it means that it's over.

How long does the shipping take? Which courier will deliver my order?
You will receive your order in 2-3 days (in Italy). If you want to ship your order abroad, it could take longer, depending on the destination Country. Your order will be delivered by an express courier.

Are there any delivery fees?
The delivery fee in Italy is €7. If you want to ship abroad, you'll see the shipping costs before the payment page: they depend on the destination Country.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Go to "Verify your order" or click the following link: https://eng.bidon1938.com/order_status. Then fill the spaces with your data and click the "Search" button: you'll see your order's details. In addition, you'll receive an email that will update you in every step of your order.

How can I pay my order?
You can use your credit card, AmazonPay, PayPal, Scalapay or bank transfer (if you receive your order in Italy, you can also select the cash on delivery, for €5 more). Note: if you select the bank transfer we'll ship your order few days later in order to receive your payment before.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can do it with Scalapay or PayPal. You just need to have a verified account and you can pay in 3 installments, one per month. Your order will be shipped after the first payment.

Can I return my product?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days to return an item, from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you ship the item back from Italy, we'll organise a free return, while if you ship it from abroad, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. We do not refund any shipping fees.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you the reception. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same payment method.
Note: we will refund the product price only.
If you used the bank transfer method, please send us your bank details or give us a PayPal address for the refund.

Can I change my product?
Yes, you can change you product within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you ship the item back from Italy, we'll organise a free return, while if you ship it from abroad, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. We do not refund any shipping fees.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send the chosen item to you. You will receive a confirmation email. If the new product has a higher price, you can pay the difference before, or on delivery if you live in Italy. 

Can I change my product again or send it back?
Yes, you can do it. In this case, you will pay the shipping fees. If you live in Italy, you can send the item back with the method you prefer, or we can organise the return and then deduct €7 from the refund. If you prefer to change your product, you'll have to pay €12, that comprehend all the shipping costs.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can do it. Please write down the SKU code of the product you want to buy: it is near the photo, on the right side. Then, we'll ask your data to complete the order. 

Do you have a newsletter?
Yes, we have it. You can subscribe from the website's homepage or in the moment you confirm your order. You will receive regularly news and discounts.
